Who's coming in?

What we help with

Relationships are the center of our work. Every therapist here sees the whole family, even when only one person is in the room.

Couples counseling

Communication, trust after an affair, intimacy, and deciding whether to stay together.

Before you marry

Four to six sessions on money, conflict and expectations, so you start married life on the same page.

Teens and their parents

Anxiety, school stress, screens and slammed doors. Teens get their own therapist; parents get support too.

Divorce and blended families

Co-parenting plans, helping children through the change, and making a new household work.

Read a little about each of us and book with the person who feels right. Not sure? Our intake coordinator will match you within a day.
